D2NA has an exciting new role for an experienced sales and marketing co-ordinator who can: 
-Support the design and implementation of our Marketing and Communications strategy to generate new business opportunities with SME and Mid-Large businesses
– Support the Account / Sales team and external partners with the preparation and implementation of physical and digital campaigns such as email and social media
– Develop, manage and update our database of contacts, sales prospects and leads
– Support the Account / Sales team with the preparation of customer presentations

Purpose of the job 
D2NA is set to experience 400% growth in the next 5 years. Therefore, this role is a key position to support that growth and as a result, the career prospects are exceptional for the right candidate. Working closely with the Account / Sales team and Marketing Partners, you will assist in the implementation of the Marketing and Communications Strategy in order to generate leads and build D2NA’s brand. With the Sales Manager’s guidance, you will develop a database of contacts, sales prospects and leads. You will undertake research into those prospects, in order to develop industry insights that will allow us to effectively market and communicate D2NA’s services. To implement campaigns and effectively communicate with our team, you will be working with a combination of our internal project management systems (full training provided) and online marketing tools. Using these tools, you will be responsible for analysing campaign results and indicating which contacts need to receive follow-up communications from the Sales Manager or Managing Director. As our company structure is very collaborative, you will also work closely with the administration and IT projects team on the customer journey. Together, you will ensure new client projects are processed appropriately and (critically) that the customer has received the best communication throughout.

The person 
The successful candidate will have creative flair, good business acumen and outstanding communication skills (written, verbal by telephone, and face to face). We would value an individual with the ambition to develop a career in business-to-business sales or marketing. A some previous experience in a business-to-business sales or marketing role is desired. Candidates must be comfortable using social media tools and experience in an IT or technology based field is desired, but not essential. Our office is often fast-paced and the ability to work under pressure it important to the role. As is a keen focus on meeting deadlines, with good attention to detail in order to assist the Sales Manager in the preparation of proposal documents and marketing communications. We rely on excellent relationships amongst our team and are looking for a candidate who will enjoy working closely with others. Key Tasks & responsibilities 
– Qualify Data & Update CRM . Update and grow database in-line with target client profile . Use various communication channels to raise awareness
– Market to Database . Schedule approved marketing campaigns (i.e email, social media, direct mail) . Monitor marketing campaign statistics . Schedule follow up of marketing campaigns
– Prepare Proposal Documents . Liaise with Sales Manager and Pre-Sales Team . Liaise with Suppliers to obtain pricing. Prepare quotes and proposal documents for customers . Liaise with Sales Manager for document approval
– Implement other marketing activities. Liaise with Sales Manager and Marketing Partners to implement activities in the marketing plan (i.e scheduling case studies with customers)

Experience 
– 3 years minimum experience needed in technology services marketing, however any experience in a business to business marketing role will be advantageous.

Training & Development 
Training and professional development is central to D2NA’s culture. A comprehensive, personalised training programme will be designed during your probationary period and will be reviewed every 3 months. Training will comprise formal marketing training, vendor-partner training, shadowing senior managers and mentoring from our award winning team.

Qualifications 
No specific qualifications are required for this role, although we would expect candidates to be able to demonstrate relevant experience and learning in the field.

Working hours and conditions 
The role is 40 hours per week. We are happy to offer flexible working in terms of hours and days in the office. D2NA office hours are Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 17:30 pm From time to time, there may be some evening or weekend work required and travel outside normal business hours. This is an office-based role working from our head office in Stoke on Trent. There may also be occasional visits to customer sites and/or local business events. Dress code is smart when visiting customer sites. However, we always try to dress to match the culture of each individual customer (guidance will be given when needed).
