D2NA is looking for a new member of the sales team. This is a unique opportunity to combine technical skills in IT infrastructure and security with a passion for helping people and managing relationships.
We are selling and delivering complex IT services where the consequences of getting it wrong (but the rewards of getting it right) are high. To be the best you can in this role means not only managing client relationships but also designing solutions and providing strategic technical leadership to clients.
Previous technical experience or qualifications is a nice to have, but not essential. You must be technically minded and motivated to help clients achieve their goals by designing and selling solutions, as well as by managing relationships.
It’s a junior role initially but we are looking for someone who is hungry and has the aptitude to develop. You will have the opportunity to learn from some of the most accomplished IT engineers and leaders in the region, along with some impressive clients with complex technology needs.
The starting point will be helping with the administration of the sales team functions, by preparing quotes, liaising with clients and suppliers, processing sales orders, and maintaining the CRM system. From there you will progress to managing client relationships and designing solutions.
Opportunities to learn will happen by shadowing senior team members, as well as a programme of informal and formal learning across both sales and technical skillsets.
