Over the weekend, some of the D2NA team took to the white water in Llangollen aboard "River Bugs"!
If you’ve been following our journey for a while, you’ll know we don’t just do ordinary teambuilding activities!
Last Sunday, we returned to Llangollen (check out our previous white water rafting trip here) to take the river bugs for a ride down the River Dee.
River Bugs are small inflatable crafts with an inflatable tube at each side and an inflatable back rest. You can either sit upright between the tubes or put the backrest down and lie on your front. You are given swim mitts and these will be your means of steering whilst navigating the rapids of the river.
The five members of the team brave enough to tackle Dee’s white water were Graham Doyle, Naomi McGregor, Joseph Halford, Adam Brockbank and John-Paul Donnelly who worked together to take on the challenges the river offered.
We’d like to thank White Water Active for hosting us and if you’d like to take part yourself, then check out their website here. Keep a lookout for our next teambuilding adventure and see some more pictures from the weekend below!
